Privacy policy

Spidweb Desk is the internal work tool of the Spidweb agency. It is restricted to two people (Loïc and Nina): no other address can sign in and no account can be created.

Data used

Google account: name, email address and profile photo, to identify you.
Google Calendar: reading and writing events of the chosen calendar, only to sync the app's tasks, appointments, posts and campaigns with your calendar.
Content entered in the app (messages, tasks, projects, clients, documents, files).

Use and sharing

This data is only used to run the app for its two users. It is never sold, shared, used for advertising or used to train AI models. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

Data is stored on the agency's server. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), Google access tokens are encrypted, and an email code check is required regularly.

Deletion

You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions and ask for your data to be deleted at lauwickytb@gmail.com.
